Priority is given to whomever makes a deposit first to secure the booking. 

 

 A confirmation message will be sent once the payment is received. Please note your appointment won’t be secured until booking fee has been paid and deposits are non refundable if the booking is cancelled. 

All Bridal packages include all lashes, hair pieces (synthetic) required for your bridal look, as well as setting your jewellery that attaches to your hair alongside Veil Dupatta/Chunni setting.

 

PnR running late? 

Payal and Rahul are very punctual with timing for bookings. However, sometimes things can run over due to previous bridal bookings or traffic etc. We ask you to allow upto 15mins before calling and emailing to check ETA. Where possible, we ask for you not to do this, as this isn’t safe whilst driving.  

 

Can I have a discount?

Unfortunately we do not discount any of our prices.

 

Does PnR style bridal outfits; Zip Up Tops, shoes, ankle bracelets and put Earrings On?

PnR does Makeup, Hair & Dupatta/Sari setting only. PnR won’t be liable for any damages. We recommend for you to have a family or friend member present to help you get ready helping with the following above, once bridal look is complete. 

 

Will you cancel my booking?

We can proudly say that, once your booking has been secured and confirmed, we very rarely need to cancel bookings. It’s understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise however, so in the rare event of us having to cancel your booking we always provide you with prompt updates. We will always do our upmost best to make sure you have a stylist on the day.

 

Enquiry

Clients must understand that we frequently have several different clients who enquire about the same date/time, therefore for fairness, priority is given to those who have emailed first and make a booking fee.

 

We hope that we have answered the most common questions. However if there is something we haven’t covered, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. 

 

If you decide you want to go ahead we require a £50.00 non refundable deposit to secure the date and confirm the booking. The remainder must be paid a month before the date of the first event. Once the booking has been confirmed we will go through your skin care routine and Payal will see if you need to make any adjustments to your routine or if you need any treatments done to help you prep your skin perfectly for the big day! 

Once the booking is confirmed, Rahul and I will create a Whatapp Group where you can get to know you/us better, learn about your vision and ideas, and see how we can align myself with your goals.

I understand it's quite early in the process of planning for you and you may not have your outfits or know what you want and that's perfectly fine, I would like to hear your thoughts and see how else I can help if possible.
